This training session is for Click IT franchisees only who are scheduled to open a Click IT store.
Click IT uses an assortment of many tools, online forms, applications, and software in order for it to run smoothly the day-to-day functioning operations. This first session will review all the forms, software and online applications as an introductory overview.
This session will cover If the systems used in running a Click IT store, including:
- Using the POS at check-in and check-out
- Scheduling jobs and work in-house
- Scheduling house calls
- Using the Check-in forms and thAnd the e underlying procedures
- Registering a new customer
- Quoting work
- Keeping Organized
